Ed began Kampschroeder Construction, Inc. in 1994 after 25 years in the Corporate world. His wife of 43 years, Betty, uses her 20 years of experience in real estate to locate prime properties for building. Ed is known, not only for his soundly built homes and excellent renovations, but also; for his honesty and integrity.

In 1996, his son Brian joined the company. In the 2001 Parade of Homes, Brian won Best Overall Floor Plan, Best Kitchen, and Best Master Bath design in his category. Like his father, Brian takes great pride in his work and in maintaining an outstanding reputation.

In 2002, son Todd joined the company. Todd brings to the company extensive knowledge in construction and a persistent and caring work ethic. Both sons have the unique ability to envision the completed project and make changes to front elevations or floor plans to better suite your needs.

 

Shelly is the oldest daughter and has brought many talents to the company. She is a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Shelly's duties include managing the office and keeping the books and the guys in order. She and her mother, Betty, are the main design team for the company. Their job includes choosing paint colors, floors, cabinets, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
